Nootka’s galley features ample storage for dishes and food. A gimbaled three burner propane stove with oven and a small microwave is very comfortable for cooking. There is a single large refridgerator with freezer section with a compressor that is keel cooled for better efficiency in the tropics. The large double sink is great for cleanup. It offers a practical layout with secure handholds, ideal for cooking in various sea conditions, making it a central and functional space for onboard living.
